Dhyanacharya Course
Certified Meditation Training Program for School Teachers
About the Dhyanacharya Course
The Dhyanacharya Course is a structured and certified meditation training program exclusively designed for school teachers. The course aims to empower educators with authentic meditation knowledge, practical teaching methodologies, and inner self-transformation, enabling them to effectively guide students toward holistic development.
With over 25 years of experience in conducting self-development, yoga, and meditation programs, the Indian Institute of Yoga and Management (IIYM) has emerged as a trusted institution in the field of consciousness-based education. Through this course, IIYM supports teachers from Government and Private Schools in becoming certified meditation facilitators within their own institutions.
The program is thoughtfully designed to suit different needs and availability, and is offered in two flexible formats:
- 3-Day Offline Residential Program
- 7-Day Online Interactive Program
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower teachers, recognizing them as the strongest foundation of a progressive and balanced society. By strengthening teachers through meditation and self-realisation, we aim to positively influence millions of students across India.
Through this program, students are nurtured to become:

- Mentally focused and disciplined
- Spiritually rooted with strong values
- Purpose-driven in life, education, and career
Meditation-based self-awareness transforms teachers into inspiring role models, guiding students toward holistic growth, ethical living, and nation-building.
Why Dhyanacharya Training for Teachers?
Teachers play a decisive role in shaping young minds. The Dhyanacharya Course equips teachers with both inner strength and practical tools, enabling long-term impact in schools.
Through this training, teachers will:
- Experience deep self-awareness, clarity, and self-empowerment
- Learn both scientific and traditional meditation techniques
- Gain confidence to conduct a structured 30-minute daily meditation session
- Integrate meditation as a daily discipline, not merely an occasional activity
