Samarthguru Siddharth Aulia
IIYM FOUNDER
Samarthguru Siddharth Aulia is the founder of the Bhartiya Yoga Avam Prabhandhan Sansthan, which was established in 1989. He is an Enlightened Master, Spiritual Scientist, Globalist, Poet, and Author. Samarthguru’s educational background includes M.Sc, PhD, AISM, from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, India, and a senior Executive Course in Management at Manchester Business School, UK in 1991.
Before founding the IIYM, Samarthguru served as a Lecturer in Indian school of Mines until 1975 and worked as General Manager at Coal India until 2002. During this period, he published 36 research papers and 4 books on Geology. In 1984, he was awarded the prestigious Indira Gandhi Award for his book ‘Koyle Ki Gaveshna’.
Samarthguru Siddharth Aulia is also known for introducing an improvised and Indianised version of ‘Quality circle’ called ‘Kaushal Chakra’ in South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. in 1992. This technique helped to skyrocket the company’s profit and reduce accidents and strikes to a large extent. At Bhartiya Yoga Avam Prabhandhan Sansthan (IIYM) and Oshodhara (IIYM’S Spiritual Wing), Samarthguru created practical, unique and super-effective Wisdom, Spiritual and Health Courses which have transformed the lives of millions of people. His Courses on Blissful Living, Goal Management, Total Health Management, Parenting Wisdom, Right Mindfulness, and more have profoundly impacted millions. The programs were developed with the synergy of modern-day management skills and ancient meditative practices.
