Its a 2 hr introductory course, The Mind Wellness Workshop is designed to provide a basic understanding of blissful living and its benefits in the workplace. It is suitable for all employees, regardless of their level of experience with mindfulness. The course is conducted by experienced faculty members who are trained in different wellness practices and have a deep understanding of the benefits of blissful living in the workplace. Overall, the workshop aims to provide employees with the tools and techniques they need to reduce stress, increase focus, and improve communication in the workplace.

Blissful Living (Introduction to Right Mindfulness)

Blissful Living is a 2 day course, it focuses on developing the skill of mindfulness in order to achieve a greater sense of peace, bliss, and fulfillment in one's life. The course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Eightfold Path of Gautam Buddha and how it can be applied in their daily lives. It covers various techniques and practices including modern day management skills and ancient meditative practices. The course focuses on managing stress, improving mental health, and enhancing overall well-being.

Divine Living (Right Mindfulness Level -2)

Divine Living is 3 days course. Divine Living is the second level of the Right Mindfulness course, building upon the foundation established in Blissful Living. In Divine Living, participants will deepen their understanding and practice of mindfulness as they explore and cultivate their spiritual selves. This level focuses on connecting with one's inner wisdom and developing a deeper sense of intuition. Participants will learn to trust their intuition and use it as a guide in their daily lives. They will also learn to cultivate gratitude and find joy in every moment. Divine Living emphasizes the importance of connecting with the divine and cultivating a sense of oneness with all beings.

The Awakened Living ( Right Mindfulness Level-3 )

It is a 3 days Happiness course. The course focuses on cultivating the ability to sustain mindfulness in all activities of daily life. It includes various advanced mindfulness techniques to help individuals develop a greater awareness of self, and to cultivate acceptance towards all. The course is based on the teachings of Gautam Buddha, such as the nature of consciousness, impermanence, and non-self. These teachings aim to provide a deeper understanding of the underlying principles of mindfulness and their relationship to personal transformation and spiritual growth.
