Teaching is a very stressful profession wherein you have to deal with strict schedules and huge pressure of attending classes. I used to get lethargic and patience-less while teaching. That's when I decided to attend the YE program for saving myself from getting stressed and it turned out to be beneficial by higher degrees. My depression and anxiety vanished by meditating and stress reduction classes at YE and I am glad that I found such a beautiful initiative.
